A practical guide for U.S. Service members to stand against CRT

If you are a patriot and want to save the country, prepare to fight.

Today President Biden repealed the Executive Order banning critical race theory training from federal institutions. It is important now, more than ever, that we, like-minded classical liberals, conservatives, non-Communists, anyone to the right of Mao, prepare to fight. My focus on this page is the military and I want to provide a resource for the average service member to fight against this plague of hysterical conspiracy theories.

As AG Of Texas, Ken Paxton said yesterday, all the best to Mr. Biden I can’t wait to see you in court. You must have the same attitude. Don’t get angry. Get rational. CRT is an irrational theory. It can be defeated by massing rationality.

Yesterday, journalist Christopher Rufo started a project to combine legal powers to fight this scourge and erase it from our institutions. Rufo was the primary reason for and architect of President Trump’s EO.

There are two general things you must do to fight this when it comes to your unit, and it will.

First, stay calm and state your objections rationally.

Second, fight it, legally. Rationally.

What you are fighting is an evil mind virus no different from any other authoritarian system. These people are totalitarian neo-racists. You need to be prepared to walk out of the training. You need to be prepared for the lawfare actions. You need to take steps to fight it.

First, collect the names of the entire chain of command and instructor.

Next, walk out of the training, speak to your NCOIC/OIC, immediate supervisor, and ask to speak to the Inspector General immediately. Your command cannot stop you from speaking to the IG. They may delay you and tell you to speak to the Commander in hopes of solving problems at the lowest level, which is fair and standard practice. Problem is, they can’t solve an institutional problem. They are ordered to give the training as you are ordered to attend it.

If they won’t let you speak to IG then tell them you need to speak to the Chaplain. If they won’t let you speak to the Chaplain, tell them you need to go to trial defense. Trial defense services will get you to IG.

Once you’re at IG fill out a complaint in whatever form they require and get copies. Digital copies, emailed to you or take pictures of your statement with your phone.

You will state your objections to this training to the IG. Your complaint should mention the following: I felt this training, the trainers, and the chain of command created a hostile work environment based on my gender and race under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. I felt stereotyped, harassed, and demeaned by the training. I would like to lodge an IG and EO complaint. Tell them you want an investigation.

Send the copies of your complaint to your elected Congressperson, the congressperson whose district covers the base, and all members of the House and Senate Armed Services Committees. This is protected, lawful communication with elected representatives.

Seek out a lawyer for civil action. Contact Christopher Rufo at his email for contacts and whistleblowers to see if his new organization can offer any assistance. Circumstances vary widely on the actual teaching and yours may not match a case they would take but it doesn’t hurt to ask for all the help you can get. His organization currently has over 100 lawyers ready to fight.

Talk to trial defense services for any repercussions that may come from leaving the training. Your chain of command may try to threaten you with non-judicial punishment, administrative action, or negative evaluations to ruin your career. Get legal advice before you say anything to anyone in your NCO channel or chain of command. As someone who has been through this before, I warn you, do no cooperate in any part of any investigation without legal counsel present. Also, consider whether it is worth paying out of pocket for a civilian defense attorney who specializes in military jurisprudence. They are worth their weight in gold.

Much like the children in schools you have no choice but to sit and listen to this training because you are ordered to and like a disciplined service member you have a duty to follow all legal and moral orders. The order to conduct training containing the CRT buzzwords may well be illegal depending on circumstance and is certainly unAmerican and immoral. It is neo-racism. And don’t be afraid to call it that.

Do not take these steps lightly with the idea there will be no recourse either in the short or long term concerning your career. You must make your own decision based on your circumstance what is for the greater good. Can you suck up this training for one hour every three months and shake it off, or do you realize it’s a significant danger and consider it the cost worth the fight. That is on you and I make no judgments one way or the other.
